First-time home buyers, look no further! Kathryn was an absolute pleasure to work with. The first time my husband and I met with her she explained the entire home-buying process, from making an offer to closing, in a way that we could understand. We began our search for our home in mid-January and we closed at the end of March. She was with us every step of the way asking the questions we didn't even know to ask. She made herself available to us at all times and she was always reaching out to the seller's agent for updates on our behalf. Without Kathryn, I can't even imagine what this whole process would have been like.
There were a lot of houses being sold in my neighborhood, our house and one neighbor were listed by Kathryn, we were the only ones that didn't have issues up to and including closing.
